we have always seen it from the point that law were made by people
to maintain order
to help society function
and to keep us safe
but we failed to see that it is due to those
who suffered injustice
victims of crime
that these laws were created
to make sure no one suffer the same fate
and that's why there are people
out there
protecting the law
and hence the people
law is not about you and me
it's about the past and future
